Absolutely, Michael. I suffered from being in a 'dead zone' many years ago - so I left and started my own business!

What really annoys me now is that staff at call centres are not given more agency to resolve issues. When the issue is not resolved higher up the line, not only is the company letting down the customer, but they are also letting down their staff! Ikea grrrrrr!
